Thibault Ladry, First experience in Project Management

Working at Deployments Factory means joining a small, young and highly dynamic team. Following two weeks of training, aimed principally at giving me a first approach to project management, I became part of a team at Fortis working on a project linked to the implementation of Basel 2. My apprenticeship didn’t end there, as there are many sources of training: formal training sessions (by means of numerous lectures, courses and conferences) plus on-the-job training (through the importance of sharing knowledge with the team working on this project, daily contact with the client and the use of software, etc...)

What is more, even though it was only my first project, it combined various missions, ensuring a great deal of variety in my work. I hope that in this way I will rapidly be able to acquire the necessary experience and knowledge to become a project manager in time.

At Deployments Factory, each consultant is offered the opportunity to play an active part in the development of the company. Positions dealing with finance, sales, human resources, export, the environment...these are all alternatives allowing you to develop, to take on responsibilities and to play a part in the growth of a young small-to-medium firm.

Finally, Deployments Factory offers each consultant the freedom to progress at their own rate within the company, and from then on to pursue their career in their chosen direction.
